Growing up on the sunny shores of Long Branch NJ, Nicolas enjoyed a relaxed small-town pace of living. Spending summers on the historic Jersey Shore coastlines and seeing how much has changed as a result of stunning real estate developments over the years was intriguing enough for him to turn his attention to focus on a career in real estate.

 

Fast forward to 2022, Nicolas has transformed into a real estate expert, specializing in Jersey City and surrounding neighborhoods such as Bayonne, Hoboken, Weehawken, West New York, Union City, North Bergen, Edgewater, and others. His hyper-focused knowledge in these areas coupled with his ability to step back and understand the macro relationships between these markets allows Nicolas to act as a true real estate consultant for his clients, regardless of their experience.

 

Having helped several families and investors alike in real estate, Nicolas has brought his knowledge and work ethic to help start the JC|Luxury Group at Maridian Real Estate, one of the top teams in Hudson County. With a phenomenal admin, in-house staging and marketing, and inside market knowledge, Nicolas can operate more effectively on all 4 cylinders to better serve his clients.

 

He now lives in Bayonne so you can probably catch him at a local cafe or at the gym, based in Downtown Jersey City, improving his physical fitness.
